This is the second part of the collection "New Ideas in Oceanology', which is published to the 80th birth anniversary of the known marine biologist Academician A.P. Lisitsyn. The collection includes articles on different sections of marine biology, such as study of aqueous, air and ice suspension, hydrothermal activities, arrival of suspension, hydrothermal activities, arrival of substances from the Artie, study of rarecarth elements, formation of bottom sediments of continental slopes.
