The Second Summer Workshop took place in ISU Research Institute base in Bolshie Koty. RC «Baikal» is one of four new centers, and it was founded not long ago in  2006, but active research work had results and was very successful. Work results, new ideas, problems, development perspectives were discussed at the end of June on Baikal shore. Reports, interviews, photographs and other materials of the workshop will be published in  section  "Materials".
