II Summer Simposium
"Research and Education Center "Baikal" – development strategy"
The Second Summer simposium “Research and Education Center “Baikal” development strategy” took
place in ISU Research Institute base in Bolshit Koty since 25th to 29th of June 2007. The main goal
of the simposium was yearly settlement and development plan discussion of Baikal-center as a
participant of Russia’s scientific and education center chain. Irkutsk State University was the
organizer of this event.
